How can I report illegal content on StubHub International?
In accordance with the obligations set out in the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) (“DSA”), StubHub International has made available a dedicated reporting mechanism that allows anyone to notify us of illegal content hosted on our platform.
What type of content can I report?
This form may only be used to report illegal content that you have identified on StubHub International.
For these purposes, illegal content means any information or content that is unlawful under the applicable laws of a specific country.
Please, specify the reasons why you believe the reported content is illegal.
Please note that reports submitted through this form that do not relate to illegal content hosted on our platform will not be processed.
What information do I need to provide?
When submitting a report, you will be asked to provide the following information:
Your identification and contact details (name and email address).
The URL(s) where the content is located, provided that all URLs included in a single report relate to the same reason; separate reports must be submitted for different reasons.
The country whose laws you believe render the content illegal. Where possible, please identify the specific legal provision.
The reasons why you consider the content to be illegal.
Given the potential consequences of reporting illegal content, it is important that your report is accurate and includes sufficient information and evidence to allow us to properly assess it.
What happens after I submit a report?
Once your report is received, it will be reviewed by our team to assess whether the reported content is illegal.
If the information provided is insufficient to carry out this assessment, we may be unable to process your report.
If the team determines that the content is illegal, appropriate action will be taken, which may include removal of the content from the platform.
Following the review, you will receive an email informing you of our decision.
What happens if someone submits repeated unfounded reports?
In line with the DSA, StubHub International may suspend the handling of reports from users who repeatedly submit unfounded, fraudulent, or abusive notifications.
