When will I receive the tickets?

Please note that due to sporting events, the tickets will be issued by the promoter/organizer very close to the date, sometimes as close as 48-24 hours before the match. 


As part of our 100% Guarantee we make sure that you will receive your tickets in time to enjoy the event.


How will I receive the tickets?

There are two ticket types available: 


You can identify the type of ticket during checkout, in your confirmation email, or by checking under Profile > Orders > Current Tab.


Mobile Transfer

Tickets will be Mobile Delivery and you won't be able to see from your StubHub International account. Instead, the seller will transfer them through the RFEF App using the same email address registered in our website. 

  • How to review that? Easy! Go to your Profile. In the ACCOUNT INFO section, you can check the information we provided to your seller.


Once your tickets are ready...

  1. You will receive two separate emails:
    • One from StubHub International confirming that your order is complete. 
    • Another from the original ticket provider (RFEF App) confirming the transfer of your tickets. Remember to check your spam or junk folder and read the email carefully for all relevant details. 
  2. Download the RFEF App on your smartphone and register using the same email address you used to place your order on StubHub International. 
  3. Your tickets will appear in the Events section of the RFEF App. 
    • Please note: the tickets will not be activated until a few hours before the match, as per the organizer’s policy.


We remind you that it is the buyers’ responsibility to follow these instructions. Unfortunately, StubHub International is not responsible if the buyer does not register in the RFEF App.


On the event day... 

Remember, you are responsible for bringing your ticket to the venue on your smartphone. Image, PDF files or printed tickets will not be valid.


To enter the stadium, simply open the RFEF App, select your ticket(s), and scan them at the gate.


Physical 

These are hard-copy tickets.

  • Shipping: Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Due to the timing of ticket issuance, it’s recommended to provide an address in Sevilla. If you need to update your address, follow these steps. Once the seller ships your tickets, you will receive an email with the courier details, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
  • Last-minute purchase: For purchases made close to the event, a representative will contact you to arrange in-person delivery on match day. Ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
