I'm still at the venue

If you are still at the venue, we recommend taking immediate action and contact us

  • Call us at +44 161 802 0667 (UK phone) or at +1 213-442-1740 (US phone). Our business hours are from Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 20:00h and Weekends from 10:00 to 19:00h (LONDON TIME). We can swiftly address the issue and help you find replacement tickets.
  • Are we out of hours? Complete our form with all relevant details, such as your order number, and a brief description of the situation. We understand the urgency of the matter and will make every effort to assist you promptly.


I'm not at the venue or the event already happened

To support your claim, we kindly ask you to provide evidence (any of the below) that your access to the venue was denied.

  • An official letter from the venue or event organizers (Signed and/or stamped).
  • Pictures indicating that the access was denied.
  • Videos of the access being denied.
  • Email exchange with the event organizers regarding the rejection.


Complete the form providing your order number, the event information, a brief explanation of the issue, and attaching the evidence you have gathered. We strive to address your concerns as quickly as possible.
