Part 2 - General Terms and Conditions

1. The Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount), and these General Terms and Conditions together form the Discount Terms and Conditions (“Discount Terms and Conditions”). 
2. The offer is available to StubHub registered users who are of legal age in their country of residence. The offer is strictly forbidden for minors of age.
3. The discount is exclusively valid for tickets to Champions League events, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount). Kindly note that this promotion is applicable solely to this specific event category.
4. The discount code, the discount code expiration date, the discount value (including maximum amount, if applicable), and, where applicable, the minimum purchase price, as well as any special restrictions that apply to the use of the code, are stated directly on the discount code or are included in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount) and/or in the message the code is transmitted in.  In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and Conditions and the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount), the conditions of the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount) shall prevail.
5. Unless otherwise indicated in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount), only one discount code per registered user can be redeemed.
6. The discount code is only valid between the dates and times specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount) and cannot be applied to past purchases. 
7. Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount), the discount code is valid from the date on which the code is live on our website(s) or from the date on which participants receive the discount code, and, subject to clause 18, expires on the expiry date specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount). If no duration or expiration is specified, StubHub reserves the right to expire such discount codes in its sole discretion.
8. A minimum Purchase Price may be required to redeem the discount code (the "Purchase Price" is the total price of all purchased items, including service charges and taxes).
9. In the event a discount is granted as a fixed amount (as opposed to a percentage discount), and the purchase amount is less than the discount, the unused discount value will be forfeited.
10. There may be a cap on the maximum discount per code. Applicable details can be found in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount).
11. The discount code may not be applicable to certain events ("Excluded Events") or may only be applicable to certain events (“Eligible Events”) and/or may only be applicable for use on certain domains (“Eligible Sites”) (each a “Restriction”). These Restrictions will be indicated on the voucher or related advertisement (e.g., newsletter or website) and in the Specific Terms and Conditions (Buy-side Discount). If no Restrictions are specified, the voucher is available for all events offered on all StubHub sites.
12. StubHub International’s User Agreement, Privacy and Cookie Notice apply to all purchases where discount codes are used. 
13. This discount code cannot be used in combination with other discounts, coupons, offers, gift certificates or other promotions available on any other StubHub International’s site.
14. Discount codes have no cash alternative and they are not transferable or assignable.
15. If participants are eligible for a refund, neither the voucher nor its redeemable value will be refunded. Participants will receive the maximum amount they have actually paid as the purchase amount.
16. These Discount Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions and any dispute regarding the discount will be heard in the courts of the jurisdiction mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions.
17. In accordance with StubHub International's User Agreement, StubHub International operates solely as a marketplace and does not act as a ticket seller. Consequently, StubHub International assumes no responsibility for the tickets or the services associated with them.
18. StubHub International reserves the right to interrupt, modify or cancel this voucher action at any time if the circumstances make appropriate action by StubHub International necessary. StubHubInternational reserves the right to add additional specific terms and conditions for specific parts of this coupon promotion.
19. This promotion is being run by the entity mentioned in the Specific Terms and Conditions. StubHub International reserves the right to delegate the running of this promotion to its affiliates without prior notice.
