To set a payment method for buying or listing tickets:

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Payments on a desktop
  2. Under Payment options for buying tickets, click on Add a new payment option
  3. Introduce your credit or debit card and the address information registered in your bank
  4. You may be asked to validate the process through your bank app
  5. Save it

If you would like to use PayPal to buy tickets, please select PayPal during your checkout process.



To set a payment method for receiving the payment for your sale:

  1. Go to Profile > Settings > Payments on a desktop
  2. Under Payment options for selling tickets, choose PayPal or direct deposit

We’ve pre-populated your PayPal email to match your StubHub International info. If this isn’t right, click the pencil to update the email address.


Bank account

To ensure smooth and hassle-free selling process on our website, it is important to follow the correct procedure when adding a payment method to your account. 

If you are planning to add a bank account, please pay close attention to the following instructions:

  1. Selecting an Address: During the bank account setup process, you will be required to add or choose from the addresses you have already saved in your account. This helps us verify your location and streamline the payment process.
    • It is essential to ensure that the bank account you enter belongs to a bank in the same country as your selected address. For example: if you have chosen an address in France, you can only enter an IBAN associated with a French bank. This requirement helps maintain compliance with local regulations and facilitates smooth transactions.
  2. Enter the bank account: Once you have selected the appropriate address, you will need to provide a the account number. Depending on the currency, you must include the following information:


Euro  

If you want to receive payment for your sale in euros, you must provide this information after choosen or added an European address:

  • What is it? The SWIFT/BIC code is an international bank identification code, while the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) is a standardized format for identifying bank accounts internationally.



Pound sterling £ 

If you want to receive payment for your sale in pounds, you must provide this information after choosen or added an UK address:


  • What is it? It's a unique code consisting of 6 digits that identifies a specific bank and branch. 
  • To ensure that the system accepts the Sort Code it should be entered using numbers only. Please do not include any hyphens (-), spaces, or special characters. All numbers of the Sort Code should be entered consecutively without any breaks. Following an example:
  • Sort Code: 88-77-66
  • Branch Sorting Code to include in our platform:  887766
